Our team of creative professionals carefully evaluate each project in order to adhere to the needs of families. We renovate our houses to a high standard before we let our tenants move in. Homely Homes North West has seen the demand for families looking to rent increase over the years. We would like to help as many people as possible to achieve their dream of living in their own home. Millions of families are struggling to move out and this is where we can help.
Vision
Homely Homes North West has a vision to connect with private investors looking to get a great return on their money. We are looking to get 30 houses to let out to families as soon as possible. How this would work is we loan the funds to purchase and renovate the property, once complete we let the house out to a family. during this time we will be paying back the investor on a monthly, weekly or yearly basis interest only. At the end of the term 3-5 years we will repay the initial loan.
